Please use a Pull Request to submit localizations. The simplest way of doing so would be:

1. Press the "Fork" button in the top right
2. Head to the language folder in the repository and press "Create new file" or, if the file already exists, open it and press the pencil icon to edit.
3. Add (or edit) the localization file using the web editor that opens
4. Select "Create a new branch for this commit and start a pull request" at the bottom and press "Commit changes"
