Shift-click to move a waystone to top or bottom is pretty useless at the moment

When a waystone location is at the end of your list, and you'd like it at the beginning, it would be great if we could shift click it to the top of the list. Currently shift clicking the move arrow SWITCHES it with the first location on the list. I don't see a practical use for its current functionality. It would be great if it just moved it to the top of the list without swapping places with the first marker.
