Describe the Issue
Whenever you try to use way stones to access an RFTools DIM that has collapsed, the entire server crashes saying that a tick took too long (120seconds)
Has happened on multiple occasions, a check for the mod/dimension could be implemented (via dimension name for example) that would prevent a user from accessing the dimension if it was a collapsed
