Leashed mobs, vanilla and modded ones, become invisible on the other side of a waystone jump. Performance mod incompatibility.

Describe the Issue
I've so far tested this bug with several different mod combinations and it is still occuring.
The leashed entity teleports with the player to the other side of the waystone and the leads still act as intended, but the entity itself is completely invisible.
Leaving the world and loading it back up again makes the entity appear again, on the leash and even still attached to the fence if done so before closing the world.
This may be an issue with either of the performance mods when paired with Waystones as it's not reproducable with just waystones installed.
Furthermore, any entity that one can leash, will result in the same, including modded entities.
Arguably this may not be a game breaking issue in and of itself since it's just a compatibility issue, but this does mean that people are not able to use any performance mod variant alongside Waystones.
I've provided a few screenshots below of the process of using the waystones and the entitis becoming invisible.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine)?
I've tested with two seperate combinations, being optifine+performant and Rubidium+magnesium extras+roadrunner. The issue does not seem to happen when absolutely no performance enhancing mods are used, meaning it is more a compatibility issue.
