Describe the Issue
I recently installed forge for 1.19 with certain mods, the game works fine in every way, but when trying to add just one more mod, whatever it is, the game just won't start.
These are the mods I started playing with and I didn't have any problems:
-TerraBlender-forge-1.19-2.0.0.120
-jei-1.19-forge-11.1.0.235
-appleskin-forge-mc1.19-2.4.2
-BiomesOPlenty-1.19-17.0.0.143
-waystones-forge-1.19-11.0.0
-DungeonCrawl-1.19-2.3.11
-gravestone-1.19-1.0.3
-Aquaculture-1.19-2.4.4
-preview_OptiFine_1.19_HD_U_H9_pre4
-FastLeafDecay-30
-ellemes-container-library-2.0.4+1.19-forge
-expandedstorage-8.0.2+1.19-forge
I tried to add the following mods and with none the game started:
-AdditionalEnchantedMiner-1.19-19.3
-InventoryHud_[1.19].forge-3.4.6
-useful_backpacks-1.19-1.14.0.99
-sophisticatedbackpacks-1.19-3.18.4.648
-ScalableCatsForce-2.13.8-build-6-with-library
After trying several combinations between the mods I noticed that the problem was 'balm-4.5.0', since when I removed it from the folder the game started without problems.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine)?
No response
Update to the latest Balm, the older version of Balm was obscuring errors earlier in the loading process.
In your case, the real error is this:
net.minecraftforge.fml.ModLoadingException: Mod File AdditionalEnchantedMiner-1.19-19.3.jar needs language provider kotori_scala:2.13.6-build-3 or above, 37 or above to load
