It makes players teleport with few cost after building an enderman farm.

The mod is actually moving further away from requiring xp and I think it's entirely fair to teleport for free once you've spent the effort of building a farm. There's a discussion for this open at #457 but I don't see this being implemented in the actual Waystones mod. Someone could probably make an addon using the API though.
