Register waystone blocks as a poi for use with locate command (eg, '/locate poi waystones:waystone'), similar to how VerdantVibes registered their gardening block.

This change should also make Explorer's Compass able to find waystones, right?
I prefer using only naturally generated waystones, but it's sometimes difficult to find them. Would be nice if they can be located with Explorer's Compass.
