[Request] Visual Zoom from scrolls also for warp stone

It's just fun. They have the same charge-up before use, so why not?

I considered and tried it when I first implemented them, but since a GUI opens once it's finished charging, it didn't look very good, so I left the FOV zoom only for the scrolls.
