Remove the slot interfaces

Attuned Shard creation happens in world, where the shard will pop out of the center of a warp plate

Insert an attuned shard into the warp plate's in-world slot by right click to set the target

Insert a crumbling shard into the warp plate's in-world slot by right click to set a one-time target (this means warp plates with a permanent target and a temporary target will no longer be possible)

Craft a Dormant Shard and insert it to attune it to that warp plate (first will still be free)

Craft a Bedrock Shard (or similar material) to lock a warp plate into being a target only

Remove Landing Plates in favor of locked warp plates

(maybe later) New Warp Seal item that holds the original slot interface, supports the item effect modifiers and can be used to add additional warp targets, applicable to waystones, sharestones and warp plates and effective on departures
