Describe the Issue

Just updated to latest version at the time of making this post.
Tried again in-game and same issue.

Shift + Right Click does not bring up the GLOBAL option either.
Only the owner of the server seems to be able to set to global despite the settings change?

Using CurceForce 47.3.1

We asked the server own to also put the same settings.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge)?

Some shaders are included in the Better MC pack

My friend who is the owner of the server had the option turn off and now the Global option won't work for him either.
He now needs to enter creative mode in order to be able to see the global as opposed to before where he could without needing it. This issue occurred after he turn off the option OFF.

Cannot reproduce. Note that the option must be set on the server's config file, not on the clients. The server's config takes precedence.
