Describe the Issue

I'm running Fabric 1.21. I just added the following .jars to my mods folder:

1. waystones-fabric-1.21-21.0.8.jar
2. balm-fabric-1.21-21.0.14.jar

I started up my server and no issues showed up in the console.

However, when I try to connect to my server, I get this error:

Connection Lost
Internal exception io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException Failed to decode packet 'clientbound/minecraft:update_recipes'

I'm not sure what's wrong, please help.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge or Arclight)?
