Describe the Issue

I wanted to change the XP config so that it would be reversed. After changing it it still didnt work. I already changed the Multipliers to 1.0 but it still doesnt work. It might be some isssue with another mod since there are almost 300 Mods in my Modpack

Yes, but the issue is existing on a modpack without any other Mods. (Waystones and Balm only)

I don't see anything immediately wrong with the changes you've made.

Forge did have issues with corrupted config files in the past when they were edited while the game was running, so if you weren't already, try closing the game before making any changes.

I did restart the game a few times and even closed my computer and it still didnt change despite saving the file

Cannot reproduce. I tried using your config file and xp cost is correctly inverted. Are you testing in creative or survival? Creative is always free.

Ok now after reloading the config the xp kind of works in surival? The multipliers work but not the inversion?

Looks like it works just fine, far away waystones are free while closer ones cost xp.
