Pay XP cost with liquid experience from some other mods

Hi !
I was wondering if you think it would be fun to have a config option to pay the experience cost with liquid xp from other mods ?
I think it would fit well for those retro / steampunk tech modpacks
Xp cost coul be paid from source, or destination, or either (or both)
It could be scaled to be harder to meet
Liquid could be stored in the waystone itself or drawn from an adjacent valid tank
Just some thougts !
This would fit better into an addon, e.g. adding some kind of xp tank charging block to be placed below waystones. The existing Waystones API events should be able to cover that use case.
