At random, in my world the ender blasters stop recharging. The issue is fixed when I quit and reload the world while holding them, but only temporarily. Afterwards, they stop working again. There is a possibility that it has something to do with Hyper Vitality passive skill, but I'm not entirely sure. It mainly happens while I'm mining and switching between battle and mining mode.
