I'll provide the log if I can replicate the issue. The game crashed the moment I dragged the Netherite Greataxe to the first slot of my hotbar from the creative menu. The first slot was also the one I had selected. The only other item in my inventory was the Gesetz shield, which was in my shield slot.

EDIT: This has yet to happen again, despite repeating the same actions about a dozen times in an attempt to duplicate the crash.
