Long Story short:

Due to the lack of response from previous posts my team and I removed the mod from our server, although unknowingly several chests were corrupted.

Had to do some "surgical" removals, best as we without our games crashing.

I'd highly recommend finding a fix for people removing the mod from a server or singleplayer world, as this would cause mass data corruption.
