Cosmetic Armor Reworked

I would love for the backpack to replace the normal chestpiece as per the default while allowing the player to equip a cosmetic chestpiece so as to not look like a modern runway model because they still want some armor from helmet/leggings/boots.

As it stands now, if the player equips a cosmetic chestpiece, the backpack is no longer rendered on the players back.

So essentially you want the backpack to still be rendered when a cosmetic chest piece is equipped?
