I've noticed many others have brought this issue up, but it's never been answered to my knowledge. Snowfall simply does not collect on the ground.

Fixed now but could still use some more improvement/config ddf8c62

I'm having the same issue for 1.10.2 even after removing all other mods, deleting the config file, and using the same settings as Jalalien.

Still meaning to give that code another look over and probably redo since sandstorm code can be used on it, expect fixes for the snowstorm update.
