Idk why, but siren sounds can be heard even if the siren sound isn't placed, this only happens if the siren block is placed and after a while, it starts happening, even still can be heard after breaking the block.
This happens on 2.3.9 and 2.3.19.

MC Sound is buggy and iirc I couldnt reproduce this, also not supporting 1.7.10 anymore unless its a critical crash

I found out that it only happens when the player dies.

and when reloading it goes back to normal
