Weird GUI Glitch and Some wind Particles not despawning

Alright 1st issue: when I open my GUI this happens
And after I close it
The LAN server was open atm and I don't think its a problem with the texture pack
2nd issue: These wind storm particles don't despawn instantly doing this and they sometimes glitch into walls and roofs
