I've looked a few times now but i dont see anywhere in configs that allow for the frequency of tornadoes to be increased, so im sure ive most likely missed it

In Storm.cfg, you can cheat the system by using Storm_OddsTo1OfLandBasedStorm, otherwise, change Player_Storm_Deadly_OddsTo1, Player_Storm_Deadly_TimeBetweenInTicks, Storm_OddsTo1OfProgressionStageMultiplier, Storm_OddsTo1OfProgressionBase
