1.12.2 Weather2 do not work correctly in world type BOP

Weather2 do not work correctly in BOP biomes. I made BOP world with Climate control to make more larger biome sizes = 7. Weather will work in vanilla biomes but have many problems in BOP biomes.

Weather2 worked correctly in version 1.7.10 though
