Even though alwaysprogresses is on, I still cannot make tornadoes last forever, nor make them always follow players. How can I do that? And if not, will will add it into your next update?

alwaysProgresses means that it always progresses until it reached it's highest stage. alwaysActive will help, and I want an option called alwaysDying, which means it always weakening, even when move over water.
