[1.12.2] Incompatibility with Dynamic Surroundings. *Rain sounds stop playing after a couple seconds when it starts to rain.*

When it rains you can hear the rain sounds, either by normal means or using the Weather Machine to spawn in rain storms, or using '/weather2 storm create rain'.

However... after awhile... the rain sounds stop. It seems when it happens is when the splash particles change to these fog-like particles on the ground, that's when the rain will mute itself shortly after.

Unless there's some config settings that I need to tweak to get the rain sounds to play correctly... otherwise I'm not sure. All config settings are at their defaults.

EDIT
The rain sounds do come back after awhile but it seems to be random.

Commented on it in linked issue, in the meantime try setting useEntityRenderHookForShaders to false in coroutil/General.cfg (formally CoroUtil.cfg), I have to test this myself to see if this helps too

This bug with the rain sounds is still present using these mods:
