Im using forge 2676 and the latest weather 2. It's not a big deal, but I am not able to turn rain off or on while opped. /toggle downfall does nothing. I spawned the weather deflector and it didnt seem to change anything. please look into this. thanks.

if you want to use vanilla rain system, set 'storms when' to global overcast in weather2 gui, otherwise weather2 has its own stuff in play.
