Contrary to what one would expect, grass blocks tilled with a hoe do not turn dark and do not become hydrated when it's raining the way they do in vanilla Minecraft.

I was really hoping the rain could water some of my plants. Is this possible to fix?

Turn on global overcast for now until I sort out my coremod to make things more automatically compatible.
