Is it possible for wind or storms to move items on the ground such as seeds, and inventory items that have been ejected? Also, can storms uproot planted saplings and throw them around?

They dont currently grab items, but I decided to add support for it for next release, though they wont get throw up into the air, just moved around, vanilla code being stubborn. 1e943c3
