What settings, in particular, are you wondering about?

And to increase the number of storms lower the value of these settings:

I:Player_Storm_Deadly_TimeBetweenInTicks=2400

I:Server_Storm_Deadly_TimeBetweenInTicks=2400

In my case, storms will spawn every 2 minutes.

You can change these values accordingly.
