Could you make it so that tornadoes can sometimes become rainwrapped (just like when tornadoes are inside hurricanes which makes a rainwrap effect)

Also its been 4 years since the first version of weather2 was released when it was in alpha.

Also you should make it so tornadoes can change direction even if player targetting is on.

Tornadoes IRL become rainwrapped too, so you should add high precipitation and low precipitation to storm systems on versions 1.12.1/1.12.2 and 1.7.10
