Architecture Craft and Immersive Engineering storage and multiblocks issues

Even with the Deflector set to prevent block damage, players are reporting they are still losing blocks made with Architecture Craft, having the inventory of the Immersive Storage Crates and the Immersive Multiblock machines take damage and break.
We are running a 1.12.2 server with SpongeForge and Weather2-1.12.1-2.6.10
