The recent dynamic trees update has trees fall when they are "cut" or can have branches fall off by breaking the block attached to the trunk. I think it would be neat for dynamic trees to be able to be damaged by storms or high wind events. Some smaller branches should be able to come off during a high wind event and the winds of a severe wind storm/hail storm should be able to fell some trees while the winds around a tropical cyclone should be capable of felling trees at a higher rate.

This could be turned on and off in the config.
