The mod needs to be up to date with minecraft 1.12.2 along with its coroutil lib mod to updated so it can load with other mods that are configured to minecraft so all mods can be used in conjunction with one another.

ok one thing first and this is a way late comment.

1. I do not see Weather2 mod name or its core name on there at all (Consider as close thread)
2. you are running 1.12.1 not 1.12.2

might want to look at the errors before if it is related to this mod or not and as i can see it is not related to this according to number 1. (Consider as close thread)

the mod works on 1.12.2

also you need to update forge to the latest version
