I think that this is an awesome mod, however the styling of the mod doesn't really fit with the minecraft. I am a big fan of the ideas and systems implemented in this mod, however I believe that it would be better if it embraced a more stylized aesthetic. I'm not sure of any other games that do this better, but I would suggest drawing inspiration from LOZ wind waker. The game has wind, tornados, and rain.

Hopefully I'm helping out, think the mod is great, but want it to be even better! 👍

EDIT: For the record, I think that the adjustments to foliage and ambiance effects are amazing, however wind and cloud particles could be improved.
