You should make high precip tornadoes be rainwrapped, its basicly just using the hurricane model but its actually a tornado

The effect is by spawning a hurricane with a tornado when it starts as an EF0

Technically all tornadoes are currently rainwrapped because of the shader effect in the latest version and every tornado has rain around it obscuring visibility.
