[Feature request]Make hurricanes like the ones before the 2.5 update

Before the 2.5 update, hurricanes would be higher, but as of the 2.5 update, its like the ones before this got updated to 1.10.2 a few years back, and they were much more realistic, cloud height should stay the same though.

The way they look after the 2.5 update is the same as in the 2.3 update versions
