Whenever I install the 1.12.2 weather2 mod I will test the rain by doing /weather2 storm create rain.

It creates a rain storm, but yet there is no rain (particles). I don't know how to fix this glitch, I've tried reinstalling Minecraft, reinstall it, remove other mods, etc. Nothing works.

If someone knows how to fix this please let me know.
