I love my second cloud layer for Skyblock maps . . . this time I'm playing with your TropicCraft mod as well and the fog on the ground was cool for a bit, but it flickers, and I'm not completely satisfied with it.

I'd love the option to have the second layer of clouds on in my sky dimension for the perfect atmosphere, and then when I sail off on a tropical vacation or go explore the twilight forest, or whatever... those dimensions don't have to either have fog or completely lack clouds.

Obviously, it's not essential; but I figured I'd ask for the configuration feature when you have the time. I don't think it would be hard to include. :)
