Sandstorm siren is not constant and sometimes plays at very low pitch

The sandstorm siren seems to only play siren_sandstorm_5_extra and siren_sandstorm_6_extra.
These sounds only last a second or two, so the siren is not constant like the normal one
Sometimes these sounds are also played at minimum pitch.
Also, the manual siren always plays the normal siren
