I am running MC 1.12.2 with a few mods running but even when I played with just Weather2 and Coroutil I got the same issue and nobody I know has the issue but as shown in the screenshot the clouds are flat and are a completely different texture (I was using Anoyths texture pack for Weather2 and it didnt change the clouds) If anyone can help that would be great.

Set configurations optimized cloud redering to false. You will find in coroutil general.
