No weather2 config files and cannot adjust weather2 settings using in-game GUI

I have LuckPerms plugin but I have already given myself permissions to use the weather2 commands.
I think one of the server plugin may be preventing me from making any changes hence I want to edit the config directly but can't seem to find it.
CoroUtil folder in config/CoroUtil is also empty
