I have a question regarding the configuration of the weather and tornadoes mod V1.59 minecraft version 1.6.4. I hope I wont be a bother when I ask this question but anyway, I'm just wondering, how do you edit the spawn rate for the water spouts? I'm very curious because they're so fun to mess around with. I'm able to get them to spawn in Tropicraft realm but not in the over world. So yeah I'm just wondering. here are my configurations:

The version you are using must be too outdated, latest 1.7.10 and 1.8.9 should have option "Storm_OddsTo1OfHighWindWaterSpout"

For weather1? Wow thats old! I can't even remember if they existed in that, tornadoes became blue if they were over water, maybe you meant that?

Thanks for replying! I know how to get them working on the weather2 mod but, is there a possible way of getting the water spouts to work on the old mod? Again thank you so much for replying!

Yep, water spouts surprisingly exist in the old mod. I wish I knew how to make recordings of my game plays of when I play normally do I can show you what I mean ( I would have to go to the Tropic craft realm to show you, if I knew how to record) Instead, I'll give you a link to a video that I know of that shows this wondrous and strange phenomenon. ;)

Actually I was able to get some screen shots of the water spouts when I was using the weather 1 mod. I wasn't able to get them in the Overworld like I want them to but I'm able to get them to spawn in the Tropicraft realm like in the screen shots down below.
