This is a problem for servers with the mod installed on them. It removes the purpose of the server for the biomes.
Even on single-player, it may confuse people that their base isn't getting destroyed by storms.

Please do remove this as it is a very stupid feature. Besides, it is an old myth that tornadoes can't go on mountainous terrain.
