im having issues with adding the mod to my forge server me and my friend want to play together with the mod but anytime I start the server and try to place a block from the mod it doesn't place down or spawn any tornados or rain. i need help!

2 months late but do you have coroutil installed? Are you doing /weather2 storm killall to reset it in case you've crossed dimensions recently? Are your settings for the weather2 system wrong?
