I see that it's recipe was left out of CommonProxy.class file. Was that intentional or not?

1.7.10 is very outdated and as such I don't think Corosus is going to support it. You can add your own recipe though if you like! Custom NPCs will let you place a trade NPC and you can give them materials for the item
