I know that you have been working on the weather2 for 1.18 for a while, but could you in the meantime port the 1.12 version to 1.18 or at least let other people update to 1.18.x?

This mod is already on 1.18.2 as of a week or two ago.

Also about ports, mod developers can't just port a mod. Each version of the game is an entire re program of a mod. Even from 1.16.5 to 1.17.1 for example, most of the time either you have to port it and fix 3000+ errors, or just start over from scratch.
