  1. Storms seemed to be Spawn Directly on top of Players
  2. When Tornado spawns far away from a player radius of seeing it, eventually Despawns 30 seconds after touch down
  3. Tornado after it spawns and following it takes for ever to die, it will never despawn until player leaves area

Storms are awesome and hoping for more testing in coming days, i'll let you know @Corosauce

Try 2.7.4, it fixed some of the issues you described here.

These are bug reports, pls do suggest me to update when i'm a beta tester and testing new version when they are Available to update, are server updates automatically when corosus pushes out new version of weather2, and also this was reported on dec 24th and i updated already so little late for that, and will not close issue until corosus verifies that these bug have been fixed

I am unable to confirm bugs #2 and #3. #1 can be fixed by editing your config files.

As far as the despawn after 30 seconds, wipe your coroutil config if there's a folder for it, update to the latest coroutil, and use forge 40.2.0 then report back and if there's any further issues we'll go from there.

I have livestreamed 2.7.4 and I always follow the tornadoes. Literally never had one "not" naturally despawn. Storms are based on temperature and humidity of biomes so unless you're in a winter snow biome, tornadoes will take a while to run out of energy and thus weaken and despawn.
