The Weather Forecast block seems to always show a 0% chance of storms even right before storms spawn or when they have spawned.

I have the same issue, there could be literally a storm wreaking havoc nearby, and yet there is always 0% of it forming

Added more detail to it in 1.20.1, the odds of random chance land storms info was missing.
