I am playing a modpack with mincolonies and Weather2 1.18.2-2.7.5
I absoloutly love the combination except the hutblocks from minecolonies get picked up and instead of having colonists repairing the buildings you have to start from scratch. I love the strength grabbing settings as they are out of the box but would like to blacklist the hut blocks. is there anyway to do this? or could a way be added?

Does anyone else use this combination of mods? how do you manage it?

Install "Configured" and muck with the blacklist in your mods list in-game.
