I got this project confused with Weather 2: Remastered, and ProfessorFartsalot was kind enough to direct me over here to ask my question. Here is the link to my original question.

But tl;dr, me and my friends really love this mod, and we think the tornado tracks the storms leave behind are really cool, however we've been noticing that our world is getting deforested pretty badly, and we'd like to avoid living in a wasteland without disabling the block damage from Weather 2 if at all possible.

They suggested I ask you about a feature called repair block mode, and if it's in the 1.18 branch, as we're running 1.18.2. Parts of our world are starting to look a bit Fallout-esque, so we might be forced to disable block damage sooner than later if we can't figure out a solution to the deforestation issue, though I'd really like to avoid that because I think the feature is really cool.
