I see hail thunder and everything else but rain, I check all my configs and EZ's. The weather forecast block says there's rain, but no matter what I don't hear or see any rain.
I play on a modded forge multiplayer server and everyone else has rain and the exact same mods I do.
Has anyone else had this issue before, and if so know the fix?
I can't seem to find anything else about this topic so I came here.

Same issue, do you use Embeddium or Distant Horizons? trying to figure out what's causing this

To me, the issue seems to be Embeddium++ (or some settings with it) because disabling it actually fixed this issue.

Wtf happened, rain was not showing
disabled Embeddium++ and Distant Horizons, joined the game the rain is now working correctly
re-enabled both of the mods, joined the game and the rain is working correctly
